Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Performance Coach Frank Dolan is the co-founder of All Sports and Fitness Health Club in West Islip, as well as the President of Sports and Fitness Performance, a company dedicated to helping people achieve their sports and fitness goals through cutting edge training methods. He has consulted with several collegiate and high school sports programs, and has been a popular guest lecturer at St. John’s University, where he presents fitness training concepts as a tool for optimal performance in work and sport.

Dr. Perry talks with Frank about dynamic movements, program design, working with athletes in groups, mobility and stability principles, recovery and regeneration, and tons more....awesome podcast. Coach Frank knows his stuff!!
